Do you have any food rules?
If you make some simple ones, you'll find it easier to stick with them when the going gets tough and the cravings yell. You may have to experiment a bit to find out which rules rule for you.
Here are the ones I work on:
- Designate 1-2 days a week as dessert day.
- No eating after dinner.
- A healthy snack in the afternoon - usually a piece of fruit and a handful of nuts.
