#68 – Avoid the Q and N

I always have some healthy snacks with me - usually a piece of fruit and a handful of nuts.

If I'm delayed and my blood sugar takes a dip, I'm far less-likely to opt for a "Q and N" - a quick and nasty option from the nearest convenience store or drive-through window!
