I always have some healthy snacks with me - usually a piece of fruit and a handful of nuts.
If I'm delayed and my blood sugar takes a dip, I'm far less-likely to opt for a "Q and N" - a quick and nasty option from the nearest convenience store or drive-through window!
Great idea, Marianna. I tend to only take with me a bottle of water. I never think of taking along a healthy snack 🙂
