"Hmm." That was the sound of me, musing. "Which purse shall I take when I travel to New York City for Pfizer's First RA Blogger Summit?"
It didn't take me long to choose my tear-drop shaped, micro-fibre purse with the silver lining. This purse has a lot going for it, especially if you are going travelling.
The features I like:
- pockets and more pockets, both inside and out
- light-weight
- wide, adjustable non-slip shoulder strap
- washable
- silver lining so you can find stuff!
Mine is by AmeriBag but you can also find something similar at L.L. Bean.
Do you have a favourite purse that you use for travelling?
I’ve seen the teardrop purse over the years and wondered if they live up to their descriptions. Good to know you like it. For me, I like something comfortable and light. Also, I like a longer strap so I can wear the purse across my chest.
I’m glad to hear you are going for 500 tips!
Thanks, Cathy.
I like to wear it across my chest, too. The teardrop shape made it fit against my body quite comfortably.
That does look like a handy traveling pocketbook – I don’t think I’ve seen one before with quite so many different compartments! I tend to travel with a small bagpack [that I take with me in addition to my regular pocketbook]. Your method of just taking one bag though is more efficient…
