I'm not a salt abuser, nor am I much of a salt user.
As you know from Sweet Enough, I like to play around with recipes.
Since many cheeses are salty, I've found that in a recipe calling for cheese, you can often omit the salt altogether.
If your doctor has told you to cut down on your salt intake, be sure to have plenty of fresh herbs and spices on hand to flavour your food, so that you can savour your food.
It is surprising how you notice how salty things are once you give it up.
