#244 – World Autoimmune Day

Rheumatoid arthritis is a demanding disease, leaving behind destroyed and dislocated joints, as well as ravaged tendons and ligaments. The inflammation can damage organs such as the heart, liver and kidneys.

You can read more about World Autoimmune Arthritis Day here.

I wish to mark World Autoimmune Day by reminding all of you who don't have this debilitating, motion-restricting disease to get out and move. If it works, use it. Please. You don't know how fortunate you are to be able to get active, whether it be in the garden, in the park, at the gym, or even around the house. Show your appreciation for a fully functioning body by using it.

Will I see you at the pool today?

  1. Are you sure your link is correct? I was directed to a page with listings for greyhound bus schedules, airport parking, anti-aging, high human growth hormone and other odd things.

    1. Thanks for letting me know, Kia.

That’s the strangest thing. The link worked fine when I originally tested it. This morning, it went to where you were directed. I found the correct link.
