#209 – Washed Up, Not Out

Last year, when I had my ankle trouble, it was hard for me to stand on my left foot. I had to get creative when it came time to wash up the few dishes that don't go into the dishwasher.

By sliding a kitchen chair over to the sink, I could rest my left knee on a pillow and take the weight off that broken ankle.

As I write this, I recalled the times in the past when even the thought of putting any weight on my knee(s) would have been excruciating. I'm so grateful for Flare-Free Days.
