I loved the metaphor you used of how we start out with a pretty balanced Jenga structure, i.e., good health and we can get away with neglecting nutrition, exercise, rest, having a healthy body weight, maintaining social/spiritual connections, and stress management techniques for only so long before the Jenga structure becomes unbalanced or falls down altogether.
