#173 – Resting Splints

"...and then she rolled over and smacked him so hard in the nose that she broke it!"

We were talking about my new resting splints during recess at the school in which I worked. The vice-principal offered a word of caution while he related that anecdote about his mother's resting splints.

These resting splints were molded to fit my right and left hands. I wear one or the other at night to provide support and relief and to prevent further damage to my hands and wrists. There's that P.C. Thinking, again!

The ones you see pictured are made from a splinting material called Hexalite, which is breathable and comfortable. It's also lightweight.

To date, I'm happy to report that no noses have been broken in this household!
