Those nooks and crannies created by dislocated or deformed toes provide an ideal harbour for unwanted visitors. The dreaded and irritating foot fungus!

Drying your feet is a crucial step in preventing foot fungus. However, bulky towels can exacerbate a difficult and/or painful task.

Instead, dedicate some wash cloths for the sole purpose of drying between your toes.

  1. Perhaps because of my poor circulation my feet still feel damp or maybe it is cold, after I have towel dried them. Nowadays I direct the hair dryer, set on medium heat, on my splayed toes. Do it from above and below!
