One thing I wished I had done was to keep a record of the number of diagnostic images I've had over the years. This includes CAT scans, MRIs and x-rays.
I've had more than my fair share, especially having had so many surgeries, dental work and events. The numbers begin to accumulate if you see a number of doctors. Each doctor will requisition a number of diagnostic procedures without considering what other doctors may have requested.
All is not lost, though. I can start now. Well, truth be told, I began counting and recording last year.
Who else is more responsible for my health than me? I am the Owner Operator!
