#103 – Dancing the Night Away

Perhaps you are feeling well enough to put on your dancing clothes and tangosambajivehiphopwaltztwist 2011 away.

When you do arrive home in the early hours of 2012, you and your feet may require a little extra TLC.

In How Does it Feel?, I said that when you have rheumatoid arthritis, it can feel like you are walking on marbles. Well, read on for a tip that involves water, Epsom salts and marbles!

Here is a suggestion that I found in the January 2nd, 2012 issue of First magazine that is purported to help you unwind, encourage sleep and soothe your tender tootsies:

  1. Place marbles in a basin.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of Epsom salts, which will increase the circulation, relieving sore feet.
  3. Add warm water.
  4. Place your feet into the basin.
  5. Gently roll your feet over the marbles, which will activate acupressure points, relaxing your body.

I haven't tried this, yet. If you do, please stop by and let us know what you thought.
