#62 – Watch Your Focus

There's no doubt about it - going for surgery is angst-producing.

One of the things I've learned to do is to transform my fears by changing my focus. Rather than think about all the things that can go wrong, I focus on what will be right.

I focus on the surgery being a success. I think it, but more importantly, I feel it! I believe that everything will turn out for the best.

Fretting and fearing that it won't be a success only serves to trigger the stress response. Transform your stress by changing the way you feel and you improve your immunity and augment your ability to heal.
