Occasionally, I get what I call "Knife Arthritis", which feels as if someone is shoving knives down the centre of my bones. To use descriptors from Another Word for 'It Hurts', that kind of pain is best described as burning, stabbing and radiating.

Quite by accident, I discovered that my symptoms lessened when I turned on the air conditioning in my car.

If this occurs in the winter, I simply turn up the heat, while running the air conditioner.
