"Which one is your favourite?" she asked.
That's when I realized that I was truly in the moment. No comparison. No judgment. Simply being there with what was present.
Suspending judgement allows me to enjoy Holly for the dog she is, good traits and bad.
What if we could be as non-judgemental with whomever we are with and whatever situation we are in, at that particular moment in time?
Stress transformation techniques help you spend more time in the present, which is where you truly live.

You have a dog? I am jealous! Sorry for the log absence Marianna, I know I have been a horrible blogging friend. I hope to be more active in the coming days. Good to be back 🙂
Ashok,
Yes, we are very fortunate to have Holly. Especially since she is my personal trainer…she goes out for a walk, rain, shine, or snow, so no excuses for me as to why I can’t go out! 🙂
Please don’t feel badly about not stopping by regularly. Your time is limited, so when you do have the time to stop by I feel honoured.
Beautiful doggie….
Ashok, I know you from Rummi’s blog, too!
Jody,
Lovely to see you again.
