I Know, or Do I?

In one of my earlier blogs I mentioned that I would like to abolish the idiom "you can't teach an old dog new tricks" from the English language. Once again, I'm reminded how true that statement is.

We often cut ourselves off from valuable information when we think we know it all. Stay open to learning from others who have gone before - let them share their story - something they say may just be the piece of information you need.

A little graciousness is a good thing; resist the urge to say "I told you so" because in the end, it won't change anything.

If you do want to change something - why not learn how to change your response to the stressors in your life?
