Excellent slide show! A wonderful set of health suggestions by @AuntieStress that anyone can benefit from (agreeing with @careerconsult) https://t.co/SvEpa1VJZw — RonnieAnn (@WorkToTheWise) January 12, 2019
Regardless of whether or not you have a chronic illness, it's important to commit to living as well as possible. You do the best you can, given your existing conditions. I've found that I make better choices when I frequently set my intentions throughout the day. I choose to _____________ better. I sometimes season my mantra differently: How do I make make healthy choices? Or, as stated in 2, 3, 4 Words or More: What would ____________ do in this situation?
Our self-talk matters. If you're maligning yourself, it's hardly encouraging. I know. I was a great one to beat myself up over, oh, just about everything.
If you've resolved to change some habits to improve your life, but feel uncertain as to where to start, consider implementing some of the suggestions in the following slideshow. Remember, you don't have to do it all at once. In fact, small, consistent changes prove to be sustainable (for me, at least), and will help you feel better.
